About the municipality. The municipality of Zutphen in the northwest of the Achterhoek consists of the monumental Hanseatic city of Zutphen and the green village of Warnsveld. Together with the rural area and the hamlet of Warken, the municipality is good for approximately 47,000 inhabitants.
